Dauphinoise potato (Serves 4)

Classic dauphinoise with a bay scented cream and mustard mix over waxy potato and celeriac slices. Bake until golden and eat with everything! After our customers said such lovely things about this on our delivery menus we’ve kept it on as a Christmas essential. 


Spiced red cabbage with Merlot and Christmas spice (Serves 4)

Slow cooked thinly sliced red cabbage reduced with earthy Merlot wine, sweet shallots and Christmas spices nutmeg and star anise. Divine


Three cheese cauliflower bake with sourdough crumb (Serves 4)

Decadent cauliflower cheese bake in Roche creamy cheese mornay sauce topped with breaded sourdough crumb. Perfect to roast until golden brown and oozing 


Cranberry, pork and sage stuffing ( serves 4)

Delicious sausage meat mixed with fresh cranberries, slow cooked onions, herbs and spices and bound up with sage and pancetta.  


Turkey gravy (Serves 2-4)

Made with roasted chicken bones, confit garlic and roasted root vegetables gently seasoned with allspice. Our gravy is super rich, but you can stir through the juices from your bird to bump it up if you wish- just skim off the fat first. 


Roasted carrots with finely chopped fresh herbs and butter (Serves 2-4)

Sliced and roasted organic carrots coated in finely chopped parsley, a hint of thyme and pop of tarragon with a little butter ready to roast


Roast potatoes (serves 4)

Crispy Maris piper potatoes dredged in goose fat and roasted until crackled. The perfect potato


Sourdough and rye bread sauce (serves 4-6)

The most heavenly of Christmas sauces, infused with bay leaves, nutmeg and onions. Finished with home made sourdough and rye, giving it a nutty, less gloopy flavour than the stuff you might have had in the past. 


Cranberry and port sauce (serves 4-6)

Slow cooked cranberries sweetened with port and reduced into a delicious sticky accompaniment to your Christmas meal
